ok get your minds out of the gutter.

Theres a pizza joint in NYC called "Pinch" where you can order by the inch. Saw the place on the food network and the pizza looks pretty damned good. Anyone try it out? Heres the link: http://www.pizzabytheinch.com/

Maybe they'll open a branch in my town... what a great job that would be.
Id Love to work the counter, would it be more entertaining to ask someone how many inches they want, trying to gt them to possibly add an extra inch, Instead of Supersizing it would the Kosher version be Circum Sized ? ( ok cheap shot ) or would it be more fun to call the order back like they do at Starbucks.." I need Nine Inches, Cut, Extra Sauce, Shaved, and Double bag it to Go..." talk about job satisfaction.

What's the big deal! The Italians have been doing this for centuries, the only difference being that they talk in centimeters...

It is called "Pizza a taglio!" And I always order the 20cm, two toppings, which should be about 8 inches!
