Sorry, I don't really consider the source sited as something you can base a conclusion on.

i read the article on Grape Seed and Alzheimer's.

it talks about Study in Rats. Its a long way from RATS to People to draw conclusions that we need to start buying Grape Seed Oil.

Not that there is anything wrong with Grape Seed Oil, or consuming it. Simply, its an over simplification that its a MUST.

Just like Resveretrol is the, "supplement" of the moment.

I remember when Eggs and Butter were bad, and Margarine was "good".

I take supplements. So I'm not saying that supplementation is a "bad" or unnecessary or whatever deal. Its just that one can't depend on any one thing to "fix" what is wrong with us. I took Green Tea Extract to the equivelant of 20 cups of green tea a day. I got a boost in my CD4 for maybe 8 months. Even if it had anything to do with it. Subsequent attempts, NO INCREASE in CD4.

So Naturenews? sorry. not a good source in my opinion.

Nothing like a bowl of frozen seedless grapes to munch on. I go through quite a few grapes in the week. I may have tried the Grape Seed extract once, I prefer the real stuff.

I use Grapeseed Oil to fry with, and use it for a bit of dressing if i want a change from Olive Oil.

Not sure really about any kind of reaction conerning Grapeseed Oil and meds.  Never heard of it.
