I passed my obstetrics and gynaecology....
« on: April 30, 2007, 10:38:54 am »
Hey All

Some of you will remember that I was struggling a month or two back. I was particularly worrying about my exams - one was a set of obstetrics and gynaecology with communicable diseases exams and the others are my finals, which are about a month away.

So I passed the first lot, which I didn't sit originally because I was seroconverting. This concludes Stage One of Operation "Don't Fuck Up Your Life". I am pretty astonished to tell the truth, as the paper was murder and doing a cervical smear through a rubber vagina is not my forte. I think I probably passed due to the amount I've learnt about HIV and STDs since becoming infected - I definately nailed the "communicable diseases" sections.

I'd just like to thank the people here for a) such a nice response to my initial post setting out my worries, and b) continuing to ask after me and be interested in my results. It means a lot when I cannot tell my family about having to sit this exam now, or the reasons why.

So it's just finals to do now... Fuck!

Love,

Matt.

No one noticed this was posted a year ago?  The Phil guy was putting up his own post by resurrecting an old one:
