Hi expert,

I am male, 35 yo, bisexual.
From the information here, I understand that kissing and oral sex (giving and receiving) posses no risk for HIV.
however, does the duration and frequency will make any different?
I likes to go to massage parlor with sex worker, basically what I usually do is:
1) French kiss with the masseur/sex worker
2) suck her nipple and giving head to her vagina/cunnilingus (if I play with a women)
3) giving and receiving oral to his penis (if I play with a men).


what is my risk, if:
a) I have a hot kiss about 30 minutes in duration with lots of saliva exchange between us
b) suck her nipple, since I understand that HIV can be transmitted via breastfeeding
c) giving head/cunnilingus, since hiv can be transmitted via vagina fluid
d) giving oral, since hiv can be transmitted via precum
e) I do all a,b,c,d above regularly frequency about twice a week with different partner and not just occasionally.

additional info,  I am very frequent go to sex worker, but only do the above activities. I never do penetration (anal or vaginal, giving or receiving).

Hi Danu The risk for sexually acquiring HIV comes from unprotected vaginal or anal sex .

The risk of becoming infected with HIV from breast milk is a risk for infants with a developing immune system and not adults . A no risk activity doesn't transform into a risk if you do it longer and absolutely none of your concerns are a risk for HIV   . 


As long as you correctly and consistently use condoms for vaginal and anal sex you will avoid HIV , Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

thanks for your answer.
another query is, let say my partner get orgasm and ejaculated in my mouth, and I (accidentally) swallow some of his semen/her vaginal fluid. How is the risk?

Absolutely none of your concerns are a risk for HIV   .
