BRENT (BUCKO), Please tell me how you are, dear....
« on: July 24, 2006, 08:29:22 pm »
My Dear Brother, Brent,

Where are you, babe? I miss you. I hope you are alright, just working really hard, and playing hard, too, no doubt.

Could you please check in and relieve my worried heart?

Love,

Zephyr :-*

I remember one thread where someone misspelled his name.

Instead of Bucko this guy spelled it Fucko!

Can you imagine! My gosh you'd of thought Bucko had been poked with a sharp knife.

So, if spelling his name with an "F" instead of a "B" doesn't get a response then he might be with the big guy.

I can only hope he doesn't get to sling a few bolts of lighting every so often if he is with you know who.

Brothers and Sisters,

I won't beat about the bush. Brent is doing it really really hard at the moment. He and I barely have time to talk to each other, so don't surprised if you find getting in contact with him next to impossible. If it's difficult for me, it's impossible for the rest of you.

I don't speak for Buckles but I can tell you this: He loves you all dearly. Especially his sister Zephyr. You can rest assured that Matty the Damned will pin the stupid Swamp Yankee down sooner or later. He sends special hugs to Aunty Doxie, Iggy and Squeakie Boi.

I won't go on because I'll get too emotional.

Matty, honey...

I really appreciate that you touched base with Brent today, even if it was only briefly. I am so grateful.

But I have this deep sense of foreboding, and I'm very upset right now, myself. I feel guilty that I took so long to ask how he is, and am very, very concerned. In fact, if I could, I'd hop on a plane tonight, that's how worried I am.

To hell with anything else.

Excuse me, but I have to go right now, umm, my keyboard is getting wet.

All my love,

Zephyr :'(

I was wondering why he wasn't showing up anymore on this Forum but thought he was simply busy. I'm really sorry to hear this but hopefully things will be better soon for Bucko, nevertheless hoping to see him soon, here and elsewhere.

Brothers and Sisters,

I spent some several hours chatting with my beloved Buckles this afternoon. I can confirm that things are very difficult for him at this time, but he wants you guys to know that he's ok. He's a Boston Boy and an arch Yankee through and through and as such, a survivor.

He often reminds me that, "We won the fuckin' war honey!" ;)

That to one side, it's not likely that Brent will be reappearing here anytime soon. It's got nothing to do with the Forums, just that his life is overly complex of late. Nevertheless, he may well turn up 5 minutes after I've posted this. You just can't tell with Bucko.

Let me reiterate, Bucko is ok. Not great, but ok. I'm sure you will all understand that I can't divulge any specifics but he has asked me to pass his gros bisous to one and all.

Whatever the hell gros bisous might be. I don't hold with all this foreign talk, but I'm sure it's good.
