Aids2hiv not doing so well
« on: April 01, 2007, 10:12:33 pm »
Please keep Co (Aids2hiv) in your thoughts and prayers.  He is home from the hospital after inconclusive tests including MRI's and such...  The consensus right now is the disease is just running its course.  Tammy his wife and all his kids are there with him at home.   He is weak and tired and having trouble keeping his thoughts straight right now.

Co has been a powerful influence to a great many needing help and support.   Remember him in his hours of need.

Hugs,

Eric

Hi Eric,

Thanks for the heads up on Co.  I'll be keeping him in my mind and sending him good wishes.  I certainly know how it feels to be weak and tired and having trouble keeping thoughts straight and how important family and friends can be.

thank you Eric, for the concern i have been banned everytime i post lately my last being a 30 day ban. Its clear I am not welcomed here, for whatever reason they wish to state....

My condition is this: I have AIDS, and with the progression, I am resistant to ALL the meds so yes, I am in and out of the hospital alot. I do have cerrtification of the brain and nerve damage now though, and looks like that after 2 yrs of putting me off, I may get some sort of disability compensation.

for example, where it may have taken justa cple minutes to type this warm concern, It takes me many many many more....sometime hours to get a paragraph out

know that i appreciate you eric, and know that I am not one living with HIV, I am one who started at Deaths door with AIDS....and while many can type well wishes, I know that yours is sincere and genuine....simply because of the fact you honestly KNOW me. Living with HIV would be easy I'd think, it certainly wouldnt be taken for granted. I wish i wouldnt have missed that part of it,but.....I'm on the AIDS timeclock (and i dont mean to refer to the difference of HIV and AIDS being a set of numbers) I got into and out of the hospital in between my public speaking engagements, and for me thats all that matters.

as you know, Eric...I am not one for sympathy, but just know, I do appreciate your post here for what it is... a GENUINE concern for your friend.....Thank You

For those who don't know me, I AM someone who is dedicated the rest of what life i have left to making a difference, not just in the HIV world, but in the world as a whole. Many confuse the conifidence or peace of mind I have with arrogance or self-centeredness, thats their mistake. The way i see this is my time on Earth is very limited, and i accept that fully, because through honest work on "self" i no longer take anything in life for granted. I am beyond the politics of life and of HIV, not that i am better than anyone else, Eric can tell I'll be the first to tell you I am not....I just now look at the whole picture, and from that I formulate plans so that others dont have to go through or live like i have this last 2 yrs. You may live with HIv for awhile, but if its an active strain that mutates, you will die from AIDS. In my opinion, that what people need to see, someone who is dying from it.

but thanks for those who posted, genuine or not, it was a nice gesture*

pneumonitis I am told by my doctor is the stage of lung infection, that acts as the keys to all the different pneumonias...and that why i was hospitalized
