Or we can enjoy the latest, lovely single by Mark Ronson Feat. Boy George:

Somebody To Love Me
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAZv7V4gkGs

I don't wanna see you go... I want somebody to love me...
Why'd it take so long to know?  I want somebody to love me
I want somebody to be nice... See the boy I once was in my eyes
Nobody's gonna save my life...

"I have tried hard--but life is difficult, and I am a very useless person. I can hardly be said to have an independent existence. I was just a screw or a cog in the great machine I called life, and when I dropped out of it I found I was of no use anywhere else."

It used to be mah playground round 94 and 97.  Though I must admit to some nights of tricking at either Twist (sigh) or Salvation.  Score was more of strike a pose hangout for me and my gals.

at least I didn't hang out at Hombre or that cha cha place called Ozone.

I think I've been to both of those -- is Ozone on the other side of the bay?

Hombre was right on Washington.  Sleazy as can be.  I believe they shut it down round '98 (IIRC something to do with teh drugs, the same fate of one Miami's institutions: The Hole).

Ozone was in South Miami, near UofM.  I heard that they closed it two or three years ago.  Now the cha-cha queens hang out at Azucar!  Oh, and remember the Waterfront?
