« on: May 29, 2012, 02:35:06 pm »
Hello,,,
I'm so sick now,, Please help,,
I once touch my penis to my
friend's, maybe 10 weeks ago. just touch
penis to penis for
comparing the size, after that I took a
bath,
FYI ..3 days before it, I got motorcycle
accident that hurt
my leg , so there was maybe 3 cm open
wound...
3 weeks after touching penis to penis, I
got malaise,
I also feel pain when move around my
eyeball,, I also got small bump like
urtikaria on my thigh and hand, and it
was itchy, I scratched it, and it turn
become small reddish rash. I also got
sore throat. I was very scared about ARS,
then I touch my neck, and I feel there is
a gland about 1 cm on left side of neck,
and another smaller behind my ear,,I
think I had on my armpit and groin
too,,,than I
was lost my appetite, and I got fever. I
also found I had sweat at night when
sleep, but I feel cold. My stomach often
make a sound like peristaltic, and I flatus
many times.
Now, my symptoms that still remain are:
- 1 cm gland on neck, behind ear, groin,
armpit
- strange itch. I mean when I get itch, it
hardly relieve by scratching
I took Anti HIV rapid test 2 times,
first, after 6 week ,
second, after 8 week (SD HIV 1/2 and
Determine Anti HIV), Non
reactive,.
My question are:
All symptoms I got , are they Acute
Retroviral Syndrome? Have you ever
found 8 week rapid test will change
later? any other disease that have these
symptom? thank you very much ,I
appreciate all

Touching penises cannot transmit HIV.

Touching a penis to a freshly healing cut will nit transmit HIV.

You ONLY get HIV from unprotected anal and vaginal sex.

No matter what details you choose to share to elaborate, you had no risk for HIV.

thanks for your answer :)
I've read that HIV is so fragile.,
my question is how long it can stay infectious out of human body ? for example, dry blood containing HIV on razor, etc...thanks :)

percaya,

Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body, as in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the two bodies.

Once outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. For this reason, hiv cannot be transmitted from objects in the environment, even when blood is involved.

You have NOT had a risk for hiv infection.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Well, your CD4 count is within the normal range, for starters.

And of course, you are well aware that there are many things besides HIV that can impact your CD4 count. After all, it's not like they invented the CD4 count just to test HIV people.

If you feel you are ill, then you absolutely need to work with your medical doctor to find out why, and get treatment. I shudder to think that you would become so single-mindly obsessed with HIV that you'd neglect all other possibilities.

Thanks for all of your answer guys..
but honestly I'm still really worried and scared. If I didn't get these symptoms I'm pretty sure there was no fear.
I don't know how to deal with this feeling, my 8 week test still can't relieve my "pain".
I found so many people here in this site or another site who have the same symptom with me,but the result in 8 week or 12 weeks come negative. It makes me little bit feel calm down , but just for a while,, why? because for me it's too weird that many people have same symptoms without enough explanation how the symptom could come. The most close possible cause is what they have done recently, namely their sexual activity. So the most related is the STD, and the most similar symptoms with it is ARS.

for example, one of the ARS is general lymphadenopathy. The most common disease for general lymphadenopathy are lymphoma, TB, mononucleosis, and HIV.
All those diseases are rare, except mono and HIV. We can't say they maybe get lymphoma because it's rare compare to the other. It's hardly to say that they get TB becuase the most profound symptoms of TB is a persistent cough that brings up thick phlegm, which may be bloody. We can't say they get mono with ease, because mono usually found in child age.

I know I am not physician, but it is so weird that many people that recently encounter in sexual behavior get the same symptom which really related to ARS.
I doubt the antiHIV test for 3 or 4 months, and I am doubtful in 6 or 8 weeks test since WHO still require 6 months and many symptomatic cases still have no adequate explanation.

I'm sorry for my doubtful opinion,. It's just my opinion and I hope this is wrong. I hope I make wrong opinion. but honestly this is what make me so confused.

After that people (I mention above) post their case, they were gone without any news updating. what can you think except their result is changed, and they don't want to post anymore, maybe still shocked.

For the moderator, with my regard, I hope you would like to make a thread about the time between the most possible infected time and the positive antibody result in 'just Poz forum'.
I think It will be helpful for them who in paranoia about window periode.
 ,,please...

thank you

Doubts and fears are not facts. You have not reported anything of your activities which would have in anyway put you at risk.

I am going to warn you that if you continue to return here about your non-risk event you are going to get a Time Out from this site. HIV is not your problem. Period.

Consider yourself warned.

Percaya,

You have NOT had a risk for hiv infection. You don't need anyone to update the seroconversion thread in the Living forum because you are NOT going through seroconversion.

As you saw fit to ignore our rules and went and posted in a thread in the Living forum - where you have no business reading, let alone posting - I'm giving you a time out.

Do not attempt to create a new account to get around your time out because if you do, you will be permanently banned.
