HI, I was down to 106 lbs. my normal weight is 135,I'm 5'8',My new combo just clicked for me.I steadly started gaining.,then I got reg.pneumonia and had to quit smoking. After 42 years. Now my weight is back to normal, cannot button any of my jeans =, but no longer feel like the poster child for hiv/aids.If you smoke that could be your problem.Smoking raises your metabolism by 15% so if you quit you"ll usually gain 15lbs or more.  Hope this helps...bobean

I just wanted to wish you good luck with this .

I can not help as I am the opposite -

I have gained far to much weight since I have been on meds and can't lose it, and in the wrong places i.e I have lost on my legs and bum and gained round my breasts and middle and dislike this shape .

But I understand as my husband is on the same meds as me and eats like a horse, far more than me,  but is far too thin and can not gain weight!! I do not know why it is so different for some .

But good luck and I hope we all find the answer
I have a blog here, please do not judge me on what I say here- I need to offload and this is where I do it: http://hiv-and-us.blogspot.com/
