Great anxiety, please help?

After spending 10 days in Romania and during my stay I had a couple of protected sex with female escorts and few days later on, couple of erotic massages without even any penetration only through massage oils and hand jobs that they offered me. When I came back to my country (one of the world 3rd countries) and as I have always had scared thoughts about HIV Infection scenarios that led me and only for curiosity reasons after more than 5 weeks to do viral tests (HIV, HCV and HBs) in one of the hospital labs. The results came back after 2 hours, I knew that usually the results should be in Negative Vs Positive, Non-reactive Vs Reactive, but when I opened the envelope this time I shocked as I saw the HCV result was fine as was lower than 1 while for HIV Ag was 1.13 and for HBs Ag was 3.46. I asked the lab staff members what does that means, but they didn’t answer and they didn’t have any GPs to ask advice from. Asked them about the type of the test they told me was fourth generation name either (Axsis, Axysm). However, my anxiety was going to kill me and really I didn’t know what to do.
I recalled my memory through Romania and I found didn’t do something risky only, nevertheless, I kept my self until next day’s morning and then I traveled to another city and did further tests in one of government test places of HIV and HBs through ELISA and Minivadas for both Ab and Ag the results came back all negatives for both tests. Still I was really scared and lost, so next day I went again to make further tests in a private lab and the results for both HIV Ab and HBs Ag came also negative it was almost by the time of 6 weeks.
Three years ago I had baseless fears when I was in UK for a mission and had one sexual protected course, when I came back to my country I conducted more than 30 HIV tests and all were negative and I had this nightmare until 6 months.
But this time is different, I am really still scared and have lots of anxiety I am looking forward to hear your advice.

All of this testing you have been doing is unnecessary. You have not had a risk for hiv infection.

You have tested conclusively hiv negative. You do not have hiv.

The only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse.

As long as you consistently use condoms for those activities you will be well protected.

You are worrying and testing unnecessarily. Other STDs are much easier to acquire than HIV. We advise anyone who is sexually active to regularly have a full STD panel done. That means at least once a year. Based on what you have reported, as far as HIV is concerned you do not have cause for concern at this time.
