middle east countries which do not allow hivers to stay there for work

Dear All,
Will appericiate if some can share which are the cojntries who do not allow workpermit to hivers to wstay and work there.I am contemplating options in middle east.please let me know which are most liberal in this aspect like UAE,arabia qatar oman etc.would love to hear from all of you.

I am almost a 100% certain that all of those countries would not allow an HIV infected person to work there.  I know for a fact that the UAE -- which is theoretically the most liberal gulf country -- does blood tests before issuing a permanent working visa.
