Dear Sir / Madam,
Could you please access my risk. I went to visit a Transexual sex worker in London, although we did not even touch each other i am concerned. She lay on the bad and masturbated herself, she did not cum. I stood approximately four feet away and masturbated myself, during this i felt a tiny almost like rain drop on my cheek by my nose. I think this may have been her pre cum as she was thrashing her penis quite wildly. Could i be at risk of HIV from this incident.
When i got home i tried to see if i could generate any pre cum splash like she did and it seemed quite difficult, but if it did happen would i be at risk from HIV.
I realise i have made a bad mistake by going to see this sex worker, i feel i have learnt my lesson, i am concerned about my wife as we are trying to start a family.
Thanks.

Hello!
Nothing you did AT ALL was ANY risk whatsoever for HIV. Her cum landing on your cheek was no risk, as HIV needs to latch onto certain cells in order to transmit, and these cells are primarily found in your urethra (the tip of your penis) and your anus. In addition, HIV is a VERY fragile virus and can not remain infectious outside the body.
You had absolutely NO RISK in the situation you described.

Thanks for your reply.
Would it be possible to hear from a moderator, are you saying i have zero hiv risk and should forget about it?.

Lee, you are worrying needlessly over a completely no-risk situation.
The ONLY confirmed risks for transmitting HIV sexually are through unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. As long as condoms are used properly for those activities you will be well protected.
HIV is a fragile virus. There was no risk whatsoever in the situation you have described. So there's no need for testing nor for further concern on your part.
Let it go and get on with your life. Really.
