Weird Ad On Craigslist in NYC

I came across this ad and can't figure it out. Is it a good thing or a bad thing? I don't get it. An individual is offering to help others get tested for HIV and steering them to services if they are poz?

Anybody Want to test...?

the good guy, volunteer ASO worker in me says what a novel opportunity for another way to outreach. ;) ;D

but the skeptic, been burned too many times, and at 48 been around the block enough to know better side of me, says that anyone answering that ad is just begging to be gay-bashed ... or worse. :o

ideally, if this was legit, there should have been some org or some info (another email or phone, or even some info in that image) listed in the ad to assuage the doubts.

having heard of the craigslist murderer though, I would never in a million yrs answer this ad

Hmm, it just doesnt feel right.

And for me if it doesnt feel right, something is wrong. So much room for mischief here, The guy might swab your mouth with some Acid or other kind of drug, the guy might rob, beat, kidnap etc..

I thought about posting some things for sale on Craigslist.  However, I just saw the story about the couple selling a ring.  This girl brought 4 men with her and robbed the family and killed the husband.

If the guy is legit, maybe it is a good thing.  After reading so many on Craigslist saying they want to hook up for bb sex and saying, "I'm negative and you be too", I posted an ad asking are they crazy.  I asked whether they would really believe a complete stranger about their status.  I realize we are all responsible for our health, but I wonder how many have been infected starting with AOL and now Craigslist, Manhunt, etc.  How many people are now poz due to the internet that wouldn't be.  I know that is like saying how many would be alive if no one drove cars.

The internet makes sex almost effortless.  I had my share of internet hookups and I'm pretty sure that's where my infection came from....although the bar hookups didn't help.
