Title: animal cruelty

This has me so concerned.  I live 50 yards from the spillway where the dog was rescued.  I am afraid to let my Miss Lily in the yard by herself now.  What kind of sick SOB has such a cruel streak?

Oh those poor kitties & puppies  :( maybe someone should throw them into buckeye lake and leave em for DEAD  :-\
