Dispicable Sex

firstly, i love you guys, i read stories from all over this site, you're a nice bunch of people who are really trying to help others in situations like mine. many respects.

here's my predicament.

so i had sex last Saturday  with this real meth head looking prostitute (ughh), i wore a condom (i made sure the resevoir tip was properly squeezed and such) and she gave me oral and then we had sex but i was so drunk that i cant remember if the condom got broken. we only had sex for like 5 minutes i think then i proceeded to finger her afterwhich i masturbated.

when i came i cleaned myself off with the same finger i used on her :| and some tissue and stuff.


Im currently waiting to get the 6 weeks rapid test but I must admit, im pretty worried. what do you guys think? thanks in advance for your replies.

Since you are not sure if you had an exposure testing is a good idea and it certainly cant hurt anything to test once or twice a year anyway .

You are correct in waiting 6 weeks post exposure to test and will need to test again at 3 months to confirm the results .

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but HIV is forever.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care checkup, including but not limited to HIV testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine checkups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine HIV tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than HIV. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid HIV infection. It really is that simple!

i have only ever had unprotected intercourse onceadn that was with a girl who i got tested with at three and six months. btw i got an hiv 6-month test done 2 weeks ago and it was negative.. and this was the only sex i had since. so its boiling down to this really.

regarding the other STIs i had an outbreak of genital warts a year and a half ago and never got it back. i didnt take any treatment for it, went away on its own.

Its sufficient to test at 6 weeks and 3 months post exposure for a HIV . If you are having an HIV test done every 6 months as part of your sexual health checkup than that's a good thing too .

thanks, im kind of running away from asking you this but what do you think my chances were? i saw some statistics online like 5/10,000 but i dont think this was applicable in my situation since im in the caribbean and this was a very high risk person i assume.
