um, wow. I'd buy that for a dollar.

yum a num num!!!   :P

I have watched Gladiator so many times - each time hoping that the winds will change and Maximus' little "mini-skirt" will flip a little higher when he's on that horse.  I'll have to watch again, soon and see if the weather has changed yet.

Yeah, I have Gladiator on DVD too.  I also own two Steve Reeves "Hercules" DVDs -- if you don't know him do a google-image search.  One of the most beautiful men ever invented!  Anyway, this movie looks promising... more so than "Troy" and I do adore Brad.

edit:  here's Steve!  R.I.P. he died seven years ago... damn I don't think I knew that.  Plus Steve is *SO* Mystery Science Theater!  That reminds me:  I need to buy "Clash of the Titans"!  so classic!  "Release the Kracken!"

OMG, I love gladiators!  I do think Steve Reeves was one of the best ever!  And, yes may he rest in peace, but I wouldn't mind a bit of greco-roman wrestling when I get there!

I really want to see the Lou Ferrigno Hercules movies -- supposedly they're AWFUL but Lou looks fucking hot with a beard. Have you seen the pictures of that?

You can find some buried in here.

I still haven't seen "Alexander"

I've always liked movies or shows that had to go with Greek Mythology or whatever. I have Troy and Alexander in my collection. I can't wait to see the 300. Just curious to what folks think about the HBO show Rome which I think is rather good. And who mentioned Clash of the Titans? That was the shit to me back in the day. Anyone watched The Odysee (sp?) with Armand Assante or Jason and the Argonauts...

Gerard Butler shirtless is worth the price of admission for me! Being a comic book fan I am SO looking forward to 300.

I did see the Odyssey, with Armand Assante and Jason and the Argonauts.  Was that the movie that Harry Hamlin had a part in, or was it something else.  I know it was one of those mythology things.  Oh, and Odyssey is correct, I checked on the Internet.  I didn't want to have to apologize to the illiteracy police again.

Can you believe, one Halloween, I was wearing my harness and black leather skirt, made by someone at the Ramrod, and they wouldn't let me into the Lester's Diner in Ft. Lauderdale, as I wasn't wearing a shirt.

I'm surprised Boo Radley hasn't weighed in about how Gerard Butler bears an uncanny resemblance to the divine Rick Wolfmier.

Philly, forgive my ignorance, but is the photo in your last posting a Colt model, or Eric Bana?  It does look like Eric Bana................I think.  And he could be a Colt model...............or so I think, in my humble opinion.

Love the "sword and sandals" movies...seen so many I don't think I could remember all the names...even way back to "Cleopatra" when E.Taylor was really hot, but the stars were really the Romans/gladiators/charioteers racing around in the straps and mini skirts... I am going to see 300 the first day it opens here....

Okay, is it just me, or does Sam Dekker bear an uncanny resemblance to Steve Kelso.  I have an autographed calendar of Steve Kelso's.  I met him at a signing in Ft. Lauderdale.

No, since the time someone commented on Sam Dekker I've changed the avatar to Steve Kelso.  I've been rotating models daily.
