Alcohol is why all of you folks are overweight. :-X

Please, 4 glasses of white wine has under 500 calories.  Just skip eating on drink nights and you can lose weight. ;D

... and that's why your bones are brittle

You need to eat more sweetpea and switch from booze to pills. Saves money too!

I don't know what sweetpea is.  I thought pills were more expensive than booze?  One of my buddies asked me immediately after my accident what I was prescribed.  He hounded the shit out of me after I mentioned I was given oxy's.  He offered me $5.00 a piece for them.  I did have an internal debate with my moral compass.  But I decided against it, especially since I might need them in the future.

I think sweetpea is a term of endearment ... Miss P was being affectionate towards you .

Its a rare phenomenon of affection by Miss P ... kind of like crocodile tears on a leap year while having a full moon on a Friday the 13th during a full eclipse .

I read it wrong.  I googled sweetpea thinking it was food...lol   I have duly noted the time and date of this event.  I've highlighted  it in my huge data base. ;D

LOL.

After reading the "Sweetpea" comment from Miss P I was about to give Wolfie pretty much the same advise, and tell him for God sake don't let yur guard down, she has a way of luring you into a false sense of security.

You could get more than $5 for some good Oxy pills.

I don't endorse the resale of prescription medications on the black market.

I hoard any leftover pain meds I may have , I sometime swap them out for a fresher hoard so they don't get to out of date , sometime I just take them out to admire my stash and shake my fist in the air and say as god is my witness I will never be in pain again .

Its kind of a Scarlet Ohara thing with drugs instead of a dirty carrot or whatever it was she was clawing at in all that dirt .

I pinched a nerve in my back a couple of weeks ago and the first thing everyone asked was if they gave me pain pills. A couple of people came up with their own pains and wanted to know if I could spare some pills. Not. The loritabs were delish.

I've only drank scotch once in my life.  Hated it and tried several more to make sure I still hated it.  Oh yeah, it's the same night I started smoking. :(

Luckily, I never picked up the pill habit like so many of my contempories have.  I've known TOO many people who have died from ODing on Oxys.

They really dole the pain pills out like candy in the South. Doctors are much more conservative up here.

However, this does explain all of those scooters you folks use. Nobody wants you driving cars. Pass me some of those wings.

When I refer to pill popping I don't do oxys or anything in the opiate class. Far too addictive. Mine are just some common sedatives. Think of it like wine in a pill.

Congrats!!  I've done the Chantix thing with no luck.  I recently bought the gum and it actually helps as it's so nasty tasting that you don't feel like smoking.

Just back from the store -- Vodka and Guanabana cocktails tonight!

The flavour has been described as a combination of strawberry and pineapple, with sour citrus flavour notes contrasting with an underlying creamy flavour reminiscent of coconut or banana.

So basically it's Vodka in a can with fruit that is high in carbohydrates, and fructose...both of which are not that good for you...just saying.

Look you silly old cow, the vodka isn't in the can. I mix the vodka into the juice. It's just juice. 9.6 oz has 180 calories and zero fat, and a lot of vitamin C. You have something against drinking juice? If you prefer I can also make you either a vodka drink with passion fruit or pear nectar.

Wow, seriously? Powdered fake ham? Buy some actual pancetta next time and live a little. Or isn't that stocked at the Piggly Wiggly?

Wow Jeff congrat!! Hold out for another couple days and it will get much easier to do.

I used chantix, gum, patches, and none of that helped.

I did Cold Turkey and after about a week or so it got much better craving wise. Get you some sunflower seeds, hard candy, cocks...anything to keep your mouth busy.

Ps- each day put $7 in a jar (the money you would have spent on cigs) Youll be rich soon. Plus it helps to see the cash build up

That was also my weakest moments.  I've quit numerous times, with the longest being over 3 years.  SHOCK, but I didn't drink knowing my weakness.  All it took was one night of being in a pub with other smokers and I was back at it.
