Do Vitamins Actually Work Afterall?

That is interesting. I'm treatment naive and take selenium+multivitamin daily for the past 6 months or so. Can't really tell if it's helping

Excuse me if I say something insensitive.
The reading I did on the topic when I seroconverted about 5 years ago, seemed to suggest the second questions are these:
yes maybe this vitamin taking has an effect because the diet is poor, and the effect would NOT be seen in sample in of treatment naive people with great nutrition.

Also, the observation - big fucking deal - HAART is sill necessary and what is the benefit of having time to reach 350 extended if the better choice is stating at 500, and if nowadays there is enough indication to start as soon as treatment it is possible. 
Yes, the rationale MIGHT be that this is benefit for a resource poor population that can't afford treatment, so it saves the cost of a few years treatment. Thats nice, but also not so very nice at all.

I have taken my 1 a Day Multi-Vitamin since age 13 and continue at age 60.  I also continue to take my HIVmeds.
