Hi,
About 6 weeks ago, I visited a strip club. The stripper gave me a lap dance. She kept her bottom underware on. I fingered her through the underwear for a couple of minutes so some of her outer vaginal fluid went into my finger.
After that, I picked my nose with that finger. Problem is that I had a staphiloccocus infection in the nose that exposed blood and open sores inside the nose.
7 days later a felt 1 lymph node swollen bellow my ear (only 1 that may have been related to the staph infenction). No other symptoms.
now, 6 weeks later, I noticed that all my shoes are loose....about 1/2 size smaller. Did my feet shrink ?
I weigh 5 pounds less after these weeks.
I need to know if this can cause HIV infection if she was positive.
I am a married man with children and would not like to take chances.

There is absolutely no way you can get HIV in the manner you described. HIV is one of the less robust pathogens, and can only be transmitted vira direct contact between active virus and certain white blood and other cells found almost exclusively in the urethra, anus, and vagina.
No one has ever been documented as having gotten HIV from such a casual contact as you describe. Such an incident would assuredly change the nature of HIV from Infectious to Contagious. It is not.
There was no risk.

I often read in other web sites and CDC that HIV can be transmited via mucous membranes such as nose and eyes....is this a wrong statement ?
My nose had fresh open sores with flesh exposed and infected....if infected vaginal fluid came in contact it would not pose a risk ?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

I think I understand....so "host" would be the Stripper ?
so CDC is trying to be extremely conservative to the point of imposibble situations ??
Can I consider this a conclusive answer without doubt or putting my family at risk ?
No testing needed ? my symptoms are made in my mind ??

If the stripper was HIV positive, yes.
Jonathan and Rodney have answered your questions. You were not at risk and you do not need to be tested for HIV.

If indeed it can also be transmitted by sharing inyection....these white blood cells almost exclusive in urethra, anus and vagina will be available at the entry veins and not in the exposed flesh and blood vessels in the nose ?

You are worrying needlessly. In over 23 years of working in the epidemic I have never known of a single case of transmission to occur nasally.
Not one.
If you haven't already read our lesson on Transmission, I suggest you do so. There's a link to it in the Welcome thread which opens this section.
Let this go and get on with your life. You don't have an HIV problem. Period.

I let this go after your last post....now my wife is showing symptoms...sore throat, fever....
I still do not understand why vaginal fluid in contact with broken bleeding, infected skin in the nose is not a risk.....
...was I irresponsible by not testing ??

Hiv is a very fragile virus. Once outside the body, small changes in temperature and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect.
Successful hiv transmission happens INSIDE the human body, as in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where hiv never leaves the confines of the human body.
You did NOT have a risk when you picked your nose. NO RISK.
You do NOT need to test.
If you and/or your wife feel unwell, see a doctor. It's nothing to do with hiv - especially the "my shoes are too big" thing. How on earth could that be hiv related?
If you continue to post about picking your nose, you WILL be given that time out Rodney warned you about.
PLEASE CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!
