I had a girlfriend who test right before had me. She made a 4th generation exam as routine because she only had a boyfriend for about 3 years who tested to donate blood (negative too). After that she only had me about 5 months after. On the week of 14 February we had an unprotected relation. At 11 weeks i've made 4th generation with p24 ant search negative. At 12 weeks rapid test negative. At 13 weeks rapid test negative. At 14 weeks another 4th generation exam and rapid test negative. I've to say that she made at 13 weeks as i begged her a rapid test (came negative). Should i be worried?

You cant go by another persons HIV test so I am going to do a risk assessment for you and you alone .
The average time to seroconversion is 22 days. Most who are infected will test positive by 6 weeks. For various reasons a small number will take longer and that is why we follow the CDC recommendation to test at 3 months for a conclusive negative result.
If you tested negative at 12 weeks ( 3 months ) past any unprotected anal and vaginal sex then you are HIV negative . You must continue to use condoms for any vaginal or anal sex until you both are in a secure monogamous relationship where you have both been tested together at 3 months past any possible exposure .
Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.
To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

So.. What you are saying is that for this situation i will always test negative, passes 6 months, one year, two years?

If you test negative for HIV 12 weeks past any possible exposure then you will remain HIV negative unless you have a risk and become infected . A 12 week negative test is is conclusive .

Thank you very much... I just asked this because here in portugal there are some doctors that still consider the 6 month window for the seroconversion.. I guess that the nurses and some health carers and people connected do analysis arent informed about this and transmit wrong informations..

We go by the CDC or Centers for Disease Control . The recommended guideline has been 12 weeks for many years now and is sufficient .

The last situation was on 28 th march week that she made me a felatio (only this).. And i'm very worried about a result changing and calendar changing of my previous tests... as it seems a 4th generation duo with 6 weeks and 9 weeks, a rapid test with 7,8,9, 10 weeks.. I am already desperate thinking about this...

Your questions about other peoples test have been addressed already ... the only test that matter are your own . A 12 week negative HIV test past any possible exposure is conclusive .
Stop having unprotected sex and your problems and chronic worry over HIV will stop .

The oral episode is not a risk . Use condoms for anal and vaginal sex correctly and consistently and you will avoid HIV .

there havent been cases of transmission for oral sex?i'm just worried because it was my only one and last risk episode in my entire life, that's because i'm so worried.. if i want to test again do i count for the unprotected vaginal ou for the oral episode?

The risk for oral transmission comes into play from GIVING blow jobs to a man with a HIGH HIV viral load while you suffer deep open wounds in your mouth . Getting a blow job or performing cunnilingus is not a risk for HIV .
You have been given the testing window periods for unprotected vaginal and anal sex repeatedly now so go back and read this whole thread if you if need clarification .
