3. Is the traditional Aussie Christmas dinner:
a) At least two roasted meats with roast vegetables, followed by a pudding you could use as a cannonball. Also ham. In 40C heat.
b) A seafood buffet followed by a barbie, with rather a lot of booze. And ham. In 40C heat.
c) Both of the above, one at lunchtime and one at dinnertime. Weather continues fine.

That was easy since eating is a ritual in New Orleans and it's usually the same temperature here at Xmas.

31. What are Budgie smugglers?

People who smuggle budgerigars?  In the USA we call them parakeets, I believe?

Does a 5.4% score allow me another crack at it?  Or was it a .54% score?  Math is so confusing.

hey boo,

Budgie smugglers are another name for swimming shorts, (aka speedos, cozzies, togs).

So I guess a 2.7% score won't get me another crack?

If I were clever I'd come up with something deliciously obscene involving "budgie smugglers" and "crack" but the mania is starting to diminish and I'll be comatose within 30 minutes with any luck.

Actually, budgie smugglers sound sufficiently obscene by themselves.   Is that how small indigenous birds were originally smuggled off the continent?  Do gay pubs sponsor "wet budgie smugglers" contests?  Are there varying degrees of "budgieness?"  Like "is that a condor in your budgie smugglers or are you just happy to see me?"

Iniquitous minds want to know.

I think I'm "out".   :(  Maybe I'll have a crack at trying to become a Kiwi.

 Cliff,
I'd like to say that with your skills you would be at the front of the queue despite your poor performance in the test, but unfortunately, my govenment can and does discriminate against 'us' :-[

Boo,
I'm not sure where the term comes from. My best guess would be that when you get out of the water wearing speedos they cling to you and it could kinda look like you were trying to smuggle a budgie in your cozzies. I imagine if you were well endowed you could be said to be wearing cockatoo smugglers.  (a cockatoo is another Aussie bird) ;D
