Newest labs...

VL:  <40

CD4:  455 (been this way for about 2 years - started at 78 four years ago, so really happy)

CD4%:  39  (seems high for the absolute #, but doctor seemed fine with it when I asked)

Not sure how many chicken wings it would take to bomb my cholesterol, but somehow my cholesterol was 142. 

Anyway, gonna pop my Atripla and get some sleep.  :-)

Good news!  I still don't understand % fully.  I read one description where they equated it to red and green apples in a basket.  I think they said % made up of CD4 and CD8.  It is still confusing to me.  All I know is that I want to keep it above 20%--above 14% for sure.
