Nice post.  I hope it continues in the UK.
In the US, some of the big tv talk shows and newspapers have been trying to break the stereotype....Oprah had a great episode with 5 women from various backgrounds explaining the details of their diagnosis. 

I can relate a great deal to this woman's story, but without the bunny.

Just FYI this magazine has had to close I'm told through lack of funding, maybe things not so different in uk? Nice article, but its pretty unusual...even for them, they stitched me up when I was interviewed for them 3 years ago!
