Oral and worried !!

Approx six months ago i had unprotected insertive oral on about 3-4 occassions with sex workers  in the space of a couple of weeks.I have always used condoms for intercourse.I know you don't like to talk about symptoms but a few weeks after last event i felt not to well (weak , sore tongue , muscles and head etc).My bigger worry is that i am married (although going thro' a poor time for past year by both our admissions) and continued to have sex with my wife who i know for sure has been with no other partner.My wife lately had a flat red rash on her chest that spread up to her neck and just under her chin that lasted about a week.She also had a temperature and sorenoess in some joints and sore throat for one day.She went to doctor with rash and he could not explain what it was but gave her cream to use as the rash was itchy and uncomfortable.She continued at her work during this time.I know you say oral is no risk but i am worried sick that i could have been infected and have passed on to my wife.Although she has not lost any weight overall her friends seem to think she has lost weight at her bottom and arms.I don't know if we should test or not.I am extremely worried.Please advise.

Thanks Rod for quick reply.It's maybe just the timing of the way things worked out but don't understand what has went on with my wifes' symptoms.I fully believe what you guys say about oral and no risk of HIV but the timing of "symptoms" seemed strange.I appreciate other things can be picked up from oral and i will not put myself in that position again.
One last thing.What if any of the girls that i was with were HIV+ and had bleeding gums or open sores in their mouths.To my knowledge i did not have any cuts or abrasions on my penis.
Again i know you guys on the forum say oral is NO risk but i've read other government type info that says that the opening at the urethra can be route for infection during oral !

For a start, the rash that sometimes  accompanies primary hiv infection does NOT itch. Whatever was causing your wife's rash has nothing to do with hiv.

Getting a blowjob is NOT a risk for hiv infection. Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect. Not one person has EVER been infected through getting a blowjob and you certainly won't be the first.

And forget the whole "blood in mouth" crap. Unless you're in the habit of punching someone in the mouth, repeatedly, before they blow you, then there couldn't possibly be enough blood present for you to worry about.

You haven't had a risk and you don't need testing.

thanks for taking the time to reply.I'm sorry to go on but the rash was only itchy first day or two then not.It lasted about a week and towards the end of the week was very slightly on some areas of her arms and legs.I know i sound paranoid but i am worried sick that i have put my wife in danger.Why do some "official" sites claim there is danger in getting a BJ.Promise this is my last rant but i'm just worried about the rash and other symptoms (i think she also had mouth ulcers) i mentioned previously.I don't want to waste you guys valuable time but i'm so worried i've put my wife in dangerregardless of our present relationship.

Some websites say that oral is a risk. They lump all types of oral into one neat little package, which it isn't. There's a theoretical risk to GIVING a blowjob, but NO risk for getting blown. There's also no risk in going down on a woman.

You will not be permitted to use this website to go on and on about this no risk event. You got a NO RISK blowjob. Get over it, mate.
