If you've ever worked for a boss that reacts before getting the facts and thinking things through, you will love this!

Arcelor-Mittal Steel, feeling it was time for a shakeup, hired a new CEO.  The new boss was determined to rid the company of all slackers.

On a tour of the facilities, the CEO noticed a guy leaning on a wall.  The room was full of workers and he wanted to let them know that he meant business.

He walked up to the guy leaning against the wall and asked, 'How much money do you make a week?'
A little surprised, the young man looked at him and replied, 'I make $400 a week. Why?

The CEO then handed the guy $1,600 in cash and screamed, 'Here's four weeks' pay, now GET OUT and don't come back!'

Feeling pretty good about himself, the CEO looked around the room and asked, 'Does anyone want to tell me what that goof-ball did here? '

From across the room came a voice, 'Pizza delivery guy from Domino's.

Damn I'm in the wrong line of work.....  Didn't know you could make $400 delivering pizza.  The $1600+ in tips I make should cover my fuel expense! ;)

When I delivered Pizza, while I was in college, I worked for Domino's and then Pizza Hut. You get paid for every order you take out, and mileage for gas: or I did. That was in 1975. so don't know how it is now.

It also depends on the neighborhood you deliver in. I had a rich section of town, with Mansions and Estates and the Country club and a training Hospital. My favorite order was from a house off the golf course: if the ticket said 'japs' (jalapenos) Daddy was home and that was an automatic $20.00 tip. If it didn't say 'japs' then you either got the wife, $5.00 tip, or the maid, no tip.:(

Who doesn't tip is a very slippery slope discussion. I was horrified when I worked the pancake house on campus and the first day on the job a smug handsome preppy (why was he waiting?....problem with the trust fund... uh huh...) gave me his low down take.
