New Labs!!

Got new labs in today ... Some good/some bad....   They screwed up the test and did not get a viral load.. (going in tomorrow) but CD4 up from 4 to 258...and percentage up from 5% to 13%... Guess these meds are kicking some ass... CD4 would prob be a little higher, but just gone done with an episode of shingles... 

The Bad .... Triglycerides are up from 428 to 663.... Norm is like 150... Anyone help on how they control their Trigs??   ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

For the high triglycerides ---- they put me on Lopid (2 pills a day) - but I don't always take them religiously...

What I did do...
Quit eating fried foods (only have fried food about once every two or three months); don't eat white bread - only wheat; don't eat a lot of white rice; increase vegetable consumption...

That combo above got mine down to the normal level or only a few points from it intermittantly.
