Howdy all. Maybe someone who has face a similar situation can help provide some guidance? I am traveling overseas this spring and wonder if I should maintain the same time I take my medication or just adjust to the time change and take it at the same local time. I have been on Complera for about 60 days and went from a 78K viral load down to 47 in 30 days, so I am pleased to have responded so well to the treatment, but I really don't want to jeopardize my progress when I am in China for work then Italy later this spring. Any advise from others is much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum . If you take your meds at bedtime or when ever ... just adjust and take it at bedtime in your next time zone but do not double dose . It will not hurt to skip one day or a block of hours to get back on schedule .
Resistance issues from skipping meds is almost always seen when one consistently misses doses .... a single dose missed every blue moon will not harm you or your regimen .

keeping in mind what jeff said about double dosing, don't let the date line mess up your math. and don't underestimate jet lag, it is worse traveling east

Simply take it at the same mealtime you usually take it. I'm also on Complera; this is what I did too, and I'm still undetectable.
Have fun with your travels!
