New Labs / Good & Bad ?

New labs and they look ok... Broke the 300 mark from 4, viral load went up from <20 to <44... a little worried about the increase, or am I just trippin... I've read where an occasional blip may happen, should I be concerned ? I feel great, and doc said I can stop taking the Azithromyacian.. sweeeeet....  F in triglicerdies through the roof still... Ughhhh

Your viral load is not a blip.  Nor is it an increase.

There are a few different "brands" of viral load tests.  Some viral load tests list an undetectable reading as <20, other makers list an undetectable reading as <40.

Both of those test results should be considered undetectable.

A blip would be a result of 200 or more. Repeated tests > 200 would be a concern.
