need advice missed a tablet

im on atripla since 6 november 2009 and last night missed my first tablet. normally take it at 11 pm but just took it at 4pm so when should i take the next one. should i mention it to my doc.

Take your next dose as scheduled to keep yourself on track.

In future remember the 6 hour rule. If 6 or more hours have passed since when you were meant to take the dose then skip it and wait until you're next due. If 6 or less hours have passed then take your dose and resume normal dosing thereafter.
