Title: New lifetime movie about HIV airing next week
Post by: runningchica on June 18, 2007, 06:25:51 pm
With HIV now assuming the title of the world’s leading cause of infectious death, it’s really great that Lifetime is choosing to address this issue with its new movie Girl, Positive about a girl who learns that she might be HIV-positive. 9pm next Monday - is anyone else tuning in?

I saw the ads on TV.   Sounds like a scream!  I'm planning to watch.  I'll have the popcorn and PI's ready!

Maybe they should start a forum for it.

I thought that said "poppers and PI's" and got excited.

Anyway, is this like "Girl, Interrupted"?

Heavens, no!  Poppers cause KS.  I read a study on it somewhere.  Something about 200 heterosexuals swimming in an ocean of love without infected babies.  I'll look it up.  Oh...and there's another study floating around about BBPS.  Scary stuff.
