Waiting for test results
« on: April 04, 2007, 09:51:33 pm »
We've all been through this: waiting for our lab results to come back!

My doctor ordered alot of different tests - everything imaginable, 9 vials of blood in all! He seems to be very confident that my t-cells and viral load tests will be really good. The main things are anemia, testosterone, neuropathy tests (he did some testing of my feet during the appt.; he thinks my feet soreness may be neuropathy), and some other things - he's very thorough; but it's a bit scary, too - you know, will everything be allright? He put "stat" on a few things - it usually takes at least 5 days for the results to come in.... just waiting for now!! (the tests were done on Monday)

I get my cd4's the next day...and that wait drives me nuts.  The VL takes a week.
