I offer the following:

1) Yes, I was diagnosed today with viral bronchitis. I guess this is better than bacterial bronchitis. I now have a bottle of pills and some codeine cough syrup so I am high.

2) While waiting for my pharmacy to fill my scripts I went to the record store around the corner. A fab little place where the cashiers wear burqas, and I bought two CD compilations: Dennis Ferrer "The World As I See It" and Patrick Adams "The Very Best of..." but you probably don't know either of them so it doesn't matter

3) some young queen told me I was attractive on the street. I said "Thanks!"

4) do you have ANY idea how difficult it is to located an "H" replacement mop head? I had to go to K-Mart (ewww), Rite Aid, and CVS. And they only had one at the last place or surely I would have stocked up.

5) the guy sitting next to me in my doctor's waiting room was even more pretentious than I am (I didn't think that was possible) bragging about his impending trip to Rio, and how he even owns an apartment there. I felt like adding up the total of the designer outfit I was wearing and telling him that he actually isn't very fierce, but I stuck to my copy of "The Economist"

I've gotten bronchitis every year since I was a kid. Trust... I *know* when it's coming on, so it does NOT fester and get really bad where I'm up hacking all night in bed.

... Because this forum is my personal blog I will relate the fact, for those that care and even for those that do not, that my bronchitis is coming along nicely! No coughing last night thanks to Mother Codeine and Mucinex. I predict by Monday I will totally mended.

However, my energy level has been so low that I have not whacked off all week, so when the day comes it will surely hit the opposite wall.

Since I get it every winter I can always tell when it's starting and kind of nip it without it getting to the absolutely intolerable stage, but I've certainly experienced many where I didn't nip it quick enough. Just dreadful... such bad coughing at night you can't even sleep. Though I never have a boyfriend so I don't have to worry about keeping them awake.

Now, about that -- why don't I have a boyfriend?

I have been plagued with bronchitis since a young one.....since I started taking Claritin every day I have cut way back on the incidence of bronchitis. Once a doctor wanted to scrape out my sinuses, but I wouldnt let him. Not sure if it would help.
