Baileys anyone?
« on: March 05, 2012, 12:05:09 am »
I found my new drink of choice tonight.  I typically work at least 16 hours on Sunday.  I NEVER drink when in charge of bar but tonight I was ordered by the Commander to have a coffee and Baileys.  That is some great shit, you get coffee and get a buzz that keeps you wide awake.  They're probably all home now sound asleep and I'm just now ready to go work on something....or maybe build something.

It's too sweet for me, though I appreciate it being mostly made with Irish ingredients. I like the Italian style caffè corretto, espresso with grappa or brandy, no cream no sugar.

Not sure which made me higher, the Baileys or the coffee.  I know my bedroom and bathroom have never been cleaner.  Think I'll get a bottle today and tackle the kitchen.   ;D
