I didn't know it was against the law...

To warn drivers of an upcoming speed trap.  I've been flashing my lights for other cars for years, warning of speed traps.

Anyway,... This guy fought the law, and won. You can now legally flash your headlights in Florida , to warn of radar traps :

Good.  It seems like an infringement of free speech rights to not be able to warn others.

Yes , free speech I'm all for , especially if it gets people to slow down and drive the speed limit . I was driving the other day and some guy nearly took the side of my car off , missing my side mirror by thin air . He was driving in the city at a high rate of speed weaving in and out of traffic and the only thing he got for endangering everyone was the privilege of waiting at the stop light like the rest of us around him . He was going to Taco Bell and apparently he really needed that taco in a hurry .

I bet you were the best hall monitor ever in school . We had a crazy neighbor renter that spent all of her free time walking around my neighborhood with a pad and pen so she could make a list of things that we all needed to attend too . She told me she only spoke German to her dog because he was a German Sheppard and when I once told her to get the fuck out of my yard she told Hans the Sheppard to run from me because I was crazy . She must have been upset because she spoke to Hans in english that day .
