Matriacrch?
« on: February 04, 2012, 05:17:12 pm »
My grammy was transported to a big hospital in Columus.  She recently turned 91  'They don't think she'll make it.   I was able to talk to her and she is fisety and knows her rights.  My dad died 2 years ago and made sure she  was set.   Some of those dumb relatives think they're entitled to something.   MY FB friends can follow this chaos.

Wolfie,

Sorry to hear about your Gramms.

Sending you and family my best.

Thanks, and I do wish I knew how to correct my atrocious spelling.  This has just been a trying few days.  I've been sick and now dealing with Gma and seeing the vultures hoovering over is about ready to send us over the edge.  They were still working daily right up til granddad died and my father finally convinced her to move to a more reasonable home.

I believe some of them think we made out on the deal, but we didn't.  My father purchased her a modest home and new car and paid her expenses for several years.  I already have a cousin who planted her ass there and we're ready to do hillbilly justice.  I'll burn the place to the ground before I see that leach benefit.
I know my dad somehow protected his property rights, but some of them are already acting like they got a windfall.

And now to top it off.  I just caught my mother trying to sneak in.  I tried to give her a lecture but she just ignored me and fell asleep in front of the fireplace.  I'll be damned if she's gonna hang out with that rowdy ass old crowd!   ;D  According to her GPS, she traveled almost 4 miles.   That means one trip to the old peoples' hang out and back.  I'm hiding her car keys til we have a talk.....lmao

They are a bad influence and I am trying to remember everything she said to me in the 80's.

Sorry bout your Grandma, Wolfie.

Thanks Tim.  I guess at her age, you kinda expect it, but it doesn't make it easier.  She has outlived half of her children.  I expected to see Williard Scott wishing her a happy birthday.

I'm sorry to hear about your grandma, Wolfie.  And even sorrier to hear how some of your family is behaving.  It's amazing greedy people can get at a time like this.

Hugs,

Henry
