Here's an interesting article on this subject. It questions the conventional wisdom that eating fat like red meat, eggs, and dairy products is necessarily bad for you.

I always found it fascinating that there was a time that margarine was "good" for you or better than butter. Then we learn don't we.

But we do know that diet like Pritikin or extremely low fat diets can reverse heart disease. So the bottom line as usual when it comes to diet, that we should be moderate in our intake.

Favorite line about eating red meat.

If god didn't intend for Men to eat Cows, why did he make them taste so good! (chris rock).
