international carnival of pozitivities — call for nominations & submissions (352)
http://aids-write.org/?p=195

the second edition of the international carnival of pozitivities is accepting nominations and submissions of blog entries from people who are living with hiv/aids, or from their caregivers, family and friends. we need to hear your stories. we need to hear your voices.

august’s carnival will be hosted by brad at aids combat zone.

http://aidsblog.blogspot.com/

(brad is currently attending and blogging about the xvi international aids conference) aids-write.org will be hosting the september issue.

the intent of this new and unique forum for the hiv/aids community is to share our life experiences, by finding people with mainstream high-volume blogs who will volunteer to host the Carnival and, consequently, expose more readers to the realities of the disease.

there are too few hiv/aids blogs. we aim to encourage more to start up.

there are still far too many myths about the disease and far too little education on prevention. if you have blogged about how hiv/aids is present in your life, or if you wish to volunteer, please visit the international carnival of pozitivities homepage and take a look at what it is all about.

http://www.internationalcarnivalofpozitivities.blogspot.com/

all topics (except for denialism) are up for consideration within the framework of life with hiv and aids. submitters can write about their personal experiences, their own medications (including successes and failures), their lifestyle, in short, anything that applies to their fight for life. this forum is also open to submissions from medical professionals and caregivers, though the aim is to provide non-technical articles to assist those of us living within the hiv community. in effect, this forum is intended to present all aspects of life that we experience in our struggle to fight infection with hiv and the development of aids.

if you have seen blog posts that you think ought to be inluded, nominate them by using the form at the homepage. or submit your own work. consent of the author must be obtained before any article can be used. articles and nominations must be submitted using the form at blog carnival.com. any article may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the host or the administrator.

if accepted, a link will be posted on the host site that will lead readers to your site, as well as a host’s brief commentary encouraging readers to review and comment on your post.

looking forward to hearing from you.
