Thanks Bock. Going on my 3rd day, it's literal hell. I've gone through 2 bags of chips, 2 tubs of dip, 6 sweet rolls, 4 packs of gum, all today, and its not even dinner time yet. But eating is the only thing keeping me from smoking.

I walked away from a $300/day 3 year coke habit years ago, and that was a cake walk. This is pure hell.

Do whatever it takes.  I quit with the expert help of Ben & Jerry -- they are masters at this.  Went from a pack+ a day, to a single serving pint a day.  Once I was "quit for good" -- I worked on losing th weight.  I've gotten good at that too....  lost all those pounds at least 3 times in the last 18 year.   ;)

Congrats on day 3.  Keep it up....  Grandpa should NOT smoke!!

Hugs,
M

Here's a gift for Wumpy for not smoking. It’s a banana cupcake topped with peanut butter cream and chocolate covered bacon:

Just thought I'd let Wumpy know that it's 72℉ with sporadic thunderstorms currently.

I hate you.

It's 101 right now, and as dry as a dead dingo's donger.
