hey guys   please ladies kindly help if you know the cause of this problem for partner,though both of us are hiv+ on regimen sustiva,and generic Recovir-EM now before was Truvada.we normaly have unprotect sex while we're undetectable but she always having something like pus coming out her virgina everytime and the wosre is she don't like to see doctor even to check her cd4 unless i most talk talk untill she found out that am very serious then she go.anyway my question is what's the cuase of the white pus?

No one could - or should - try to diagnose your partner over the internet. She REALLY needs to see her doctor.

And it's VERY troubling that she refuses to see a doctor. She needs to know that if she does not get over that aversion, she WILL get sick, and maybe die. HIV does NOT fool around, and infections that other people might shrug off can be VERY dangerous for us HIV positive persons.

PLEASE do this.
