You have got to listen to this caller -- when Ellen calls her back, (this is @ a 6 minute segment) she
keeps you in stitches.  If it doesn't go directly to the site, just
"copy and paste" in your web browser.

What a hoot!

Sounds like Gladys is a transplant from the north, one little snow flake isn't gonna slow her down.

I think she loves Bacchus too!  :D

I am SO jealous that Gladys made the Ellen show before I could. I could have given 'ol Ellen her money's worth, too! Bless her heart though. ;)
She IS right though, one snowflake or icicle and the people here go nuts.

Gladys started calling the morning radio show I listen to, KLBJ's Dudley and Bob in the Morning, a couple of years ago, and was an instant hit with her local commentaries.  She called in once and said she was thrilled to go to the store and see a "Seniors' Aisle," but got confused when she saw Mexican men shopping there. After Ellen, she did a few local commercials, then took all her audio spots and made a CD for sale at the local groceries. She gives a significant portion of the profits to local charities, like Meals on Wheels.

Austin loves Gladys!
