I'd rather sit on my lips than criticize but I'm suspicious of the validity of this study. For one thing her entire sample was from male military vets who may likely have been exposed to substances unfamiliar to the general population. I would like to know if she had a control group of nonmilitary HIV+ and negative men. I'm not saying a correlation is not there but I would want to know more before I add it of my list of things to worry about.

now creighton.

No, you don't need Peter.  We can all get along without him, thank you very much, (although it won't be as much fun.)  It just means more work for the rest of us.

Anyway, Alan wrote about this last month.  He titled his post YAY MARK!.  Now, admittedly, it was in the Long-Term Survivors forum so I can see how you would miss it.

It is a nice photo of Mark but I hardly recognized him without his glasses.

Unfortunately, Jan, he was not the Cover Boy.
