Egrifta is my miracle
« on: December 03, 2011, 02:58:57 am »
I first began taking Egrifta on December 2 and at that time my hips measured 37", my waist 34", and my belly was 48", after sixteen days my my measurements had changed minimally - my hips were 36.5", my waist was 33", and my belly measured 47.5". On December 1, I went to the doctors and my hips measured 35.5", my waist was 33", and the biggest surprise for my doctor and me was that my belly circumference had reduced to 44.5" - we were stunned! Are these results normal after only one month?

For 10 years I suffered with a belly that made me look 9-months pregnant and really affected my self-esteem. Now, my belly has become soft, i can bend over to tie my sneakers without losing my breath (I have Stage 4 COPD), my breathing has become a lot less difficult (I can actually control my diaphragm when I breathe), and I can actually fit into my clothes again.

Mainelee,

Thanks for posting this.

I have been intrigued by Egrifta since the first mention of it on these Boards.  I will ask my specialist about it come my next visit in January.

So glad that is working for you!  I too, have stage 4 copd and had started on the egfifta and was doing very good.  My belly had reduced about 4 inches in 60 days and was becoming soft.  I was looking forward to becoming active.  Medicaid suddenly ruled that egrifta was cosmetic and quit funding, paying for it.  The Axis center approved me for receiving it for free but, a new law forbids anyone from receiving any drugs for free IF they are on Medicare or Medicaid.  Its baffling...

Have one question regarding the hips ... u said it turns lower .. well , I have no hips almost and my dream is to get more volume on the hips so what u actualy say is that along with taking the fat down from the belly it also takes the hips as well ??  :-\
