Somehwat new to the boards but I am encouraged to find someone besides myself who likes the atripla dreams because they are so vivid, the drawback is that alot of the time it is hard to distinguish that I am only dreaming and not living the craziness...and people complain about soaps they ain't seen nothing yet.

I understand that Atripla contains Sustiva.  Here is my post from November 2008 about Sustiva dreams.  I still have the dreams, but they have toned down from what I described below, for some reason. I remain non-detectable with cd4s ranging in the low 700s.
---------
November 2008--
First off, I've been taking Sustiva since 1999 at a reduced daily dose of 400mg.  Things have been going OK.  No nightmares, as others have reported. Also, I've always had vivid dreams from a child.   However, these Sustiva dreams over the last year have been something else!  They are like extravagant blockbusters with spectacular colors, sound, costumes, scenery and fierce snappy dialogue that include a cast of characters that run the gamut from lurid to pent up to gorgeous, aesthetically challenged though not frieghtning, rich, poor, and all nationalities and persuations involved in every imaginable human situation with lots of intrigue thrown in for good measure. I'm in many scenes and have been wined, dined, slapped, tickled, licked, booed and carried over the threshold.  I've started to write down some of the dreams imagining a screenplay.  My dream genres run the gamut with scenes that may have been directed from the likes of  Fellini, to Mamet, Hitchcock, Orson Wells, Forrest Whitaker, Harvey Fierstein....you get the picture.

Never drank, smoked or did drugs but I tell you, these dreams of late are giving me an incredible experience at the "bedtime movies".

And yes, I am still able to focus and and do my job during the day and interact normally with family and friends.  But I tell you, bedtime is a trip!
