Condoms and Blood
« on: February 02, 2010, 06:55:34 pm »
Hi all,

After becoming single I went thru a couple of months of out of control sex, sort of.  I dated several guys and was a safe top and a safe bottom.   What I learned is that every time I bottom I bleed, no matter how careful I am, I bleed afterwards when I use the bathroom, or the condom has some blood in it.  I am not planning on being careless or dating so much any more, but how risky is what I have done, I mean I probably had ten guys in the last four months, I practiced safe sex with every single one, is this blood a real issue or am I just paranoid and feel guilty about this ... please advise

Sounds like you didn't use enough lube. Try using more waterbase lube.

Whether bottom or top, as long as you consistently have used condoms everytime for anal intercourse you were well and effectively protected against HIV transmission.

You are worrying needlessly and there's no need for testing. As Rod suggested, more water-based lube may make it more comfortable for you.

Cheers.

Thank you. That's very kind of you to say. Personally I can say it's a gift to me to be of service.

Take care and keep using those condoms.

Cheers.
