I'm very worry,i did not sex with my wife, since this accident!
may i stop sex with my wife?
may i get tested?
please give me a clear answer even with yes,i don't want to infect my wife!

romieo,

You did not have a risk for hiv infection. Hiv is not transmitted outside the human body. Mutual masturbation is not a risk and it doesn't matter if he got cum on your penis.

You can have sex with your wife and you do not need to test.

HIV is certainly character-building. It's made me see all of the shallow things we cling to, like ego and vanity. Of course, I'd rather have a few more T-cells and a little less character. Randy Shilts

thanks Ann
may be you misunderstand me(sorry English is not my native speech)
his cum was on the head of my penis (not mine on his penis)
and he touched his cum then he touched my lips !!!!
they told me that the head of penis and the mouth is a mu-queses and infection is very possible
thanks again

Just as Ann said, you are worrying needlessly. HIV is a fragile virus. It is not transmitted through the kind of contacts you are concerned about. Having semen on the head of your penis is very different than if you had your penis inside a vagina or an anus, both of which are very risky.

Your own saliva has over a dozen enzymes and proteins which are a very effective barrier against the transmission of HIV.

You're welcome.

You may not be planning to have intercourse outside of your marriage, but just in case you do, just make sure that you always use a condom for intercourse. They you will be well protected against HIV.

Cheers.

We focus specifically on HIV on this site.

For other STDs you should talk with your doctor or you can check out the CDC for some information: http://www.cdc.gov/STD/

Romieo,

Well, no big surprise there. You didn't have a risk, so why would you test anything other than negative? You do not need further testing. You do NOT have hiv.
