The web platform allows you to send an anonymous message to your partners via text or email letting them know they should get tested. You can craft your own message or use a scripted one. The site also includes links to clinics and information about STIs including chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea, hepatitis B, herpes, HIV, pubic lice and scabies.

This is something that was almost as difficult as coming to terms with being diagnosed.
There were some people I was okay with informing directly myself and others I wasn't. Fortunately here in the UK the actual STI clinics will ask you about sexual partners and will contact them discretely and anonymously for you if you provide contact details.
