Welcome to the "Do I Have HIV?" POZ forum.

This special section of the POZ forum is for individuals who have concerns about whether or not they are HIV positive. Individuals are permitted to post up to three questions or responses in this forum.

Ongoing participation in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum (posting more than three questions or responses) requires a paid subscription, with secure payments made via PayPal.

Oral Sex and Using Same Condom Twice: HIV Risk?

Hi,

I had sex with a woman yesterday. We kissed vigorously for about twenty minutes. She was more vigorous. She once sort of bit my lips too. I today have no bleeding or tear but I doubt yesterday. Neither did I bite her lips than to kiss with the same pressure as she did.

She then gave me a blowjob. I am worried if there might be a split or a tear in her lips or if her mouth was bad that day, if she had a sore, or anything inside. I asked her today and she said she was fine. She had multiple partners too over a span of 25 years.

The oral sex was unprotected of course. I then used the condom twice to thrust for I did not go in after three attempts. After the first attempt, I removed condom, masturbated and put it on back again. Is that a risk? PLEASE ANSWER THIS ONE! The condom was fine and I checked afterwards filling water. There were no holes.

Is using condom twice bad? Please answer this one! I am thinking more about the oral than the vaginal. I want to know on this one above though.

Now coming back to the oral, my questions are:

1) If I may have HSV, HPV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia from a previous exposure, which I am not sure, will it help HIV go through through my urethra?

2) If she may have all or any of the above, will it go to my urethra?

3) If she might have torn her lips during our kissing, due to cold climate, suffering from cold, had cold sores, HSV, HPV, would that infect me with HIV? And I kissed her back after she gave me blowjob, and if her lips were cut or torn, and if I kissed her back, would it infect me with HIV?

4) Using the same condom twice. Is that risk?

5) She had bumps which looked like the ball-shaped-practice-thing in Rocky which Sylvester Stallone hits and it goes back and forth - kind of protruding bumps. I saw many on her below her right breast on ribs, thighs, butts, above right breast, back, etc. Some seemed to be growing then in close gaps, kind of in black where hairs were growing too. There were many such spots.

6) Yes, that's all it is to there. I washed my pubic region and filled condoms with water to see no holes on both. In addition, I had a split in my inner thigh meeting groin due to bad inner wear. Would that carry anything? PLEASE ANSWER THIS TOO!

So, please answer me! Of course, I had an (non-)exposure couple and a half years ago. I came in here and asked. You said no risk, Negative and it turned out Negative. Thanks to Ann and others! So, do I have some freewill now gifted by God? Does any of this sound risky? Is there any risk?

Your words have been true. You guys are gifted with special power. Finally, do I need to test or walk free? Back to you, you guys are God's fellas. You have great good karmas and you will get some of the greatest rebirths next time. Of course, you guys are fine for you now. I don't mean that. I just mean what lies ahead.

Let's keep this simple. Basically you are worried totally unnecessarily. What you need to remember now and for the future is that the ONLY confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. As long as condoms are used correctly and consistently everytime you will be well protected.

Nothing else you are reporting of this recent incident in terms of kissing or oral sex, no matter what the details were, would have you put you at risk for HIV.

As for the condition of the condom, if it had failed it would have been easily visible visually. When a condom fails it's not about itty bitty little holes as people often imagine. No, the whole thing fails and ends up looking like a hoop with strands on your penis. So that didn't happen.

You have no cause for concern about HIV this time nor any need for testing. Let it go and get on with your life. Really.

Good to see you guys again! I know your words come true or are true. I know it from experience, also by what I see here. You are great souls! God's souls! By the way, only one last thing to go.

Using condoms twice? In my case (too), risk or not? I promise it's my last. Thanks a lot Andy!
