It's the housing assistance for HIV pos people. From what I understand they only pay for first month and security.
If so how did you use it? How did it work out?

I believe it varies from state to state. They are Federal funds which are given to various cities to benefit persons living with Aids. Here is a link to Aid Atlanta's website which will give you an idea of how they are distributed there. It may be similar where you live or maybe not
