BD I found you a company that understands the fashion needs for today's modern gay jogger!

On a related note by googling 'gay jogger" the results were rather eye opening...

The décor was the most disturbing part of that video.

What, doesn't everyone use the cardboard box their computer monitor came in for a bed-side table?

What I found even more disturbing is that he wore black knickers under those pink panty hose instead of pink or maybe white. And it should have been a thong. FAIL.

4) I've now watched it 7 times

I'm at 15, at least. I cant stop.

The choreography is amazing. The creepy smile, the pantyhose, the hair, the decor( the floorlamp), the music...It's hard to take it all in. It's like crank for the senses.

Regrettably it's not available in HD. I'd love to stream it to my large screen TV on a continual loop to play during dinner parties in my fancy penthouse.

Wumpette, just in case you don't know about this tool (and since I know you are going to continue watching this video every other day), be sure to visit keepvid.com and save the clip.

3) I want to know the name of this song

Philicia, the name of that choon is "New Year's Eve" by the uberfab Swedish band The Knife.

Ps./ just for the record this place is fucking ackin' up today, pages are freezing like a mofo every other minute... très annoyeux.

I don't know if I'd use the word "fab" for this song... it's a bit tacky sounding, no? Sounds like Qkumba Zoo on helium. Almost like they meant to be kitschy, but I'm not convinced that's the intent. Nuevo-Scandinavian pop can be a bit twee.

I think that in their attempt to be avant-garde they are intentionally kitschy.  I really love their song "Like a Pen."  They were also the first to record that lovely song "Heartbeats" that eventually became a decent hit for (Swedish-Argentine singer) José González.

Now... Qkumba Zoo!!!  Blast from the past, especially that ubiquitous remix by La Vasquez.

Keep er going Will.  I started biking and running this Spring and was embarrased by my lack of endurance.  Half a mile of riding would require a nap.  Half a mile run would require a long sleep.  Now I can ride 25 miles at one time with no problem and run 3 miles.  My goal was a 50 mile ride by Fall, but I had to change the year....lol  maybe next year.

Congrats, keep pushing and you'll make that marathon.

The "full marathon" bit was really just a joke, I have no desire to do one of those. ever. My immediate goal is to just make it down the greenbelt without all the gasping, coughing and farting.

Although I'm thinking about buying a bike.

I may have over done it today.

I jogged 1 mile down the greenbelt and then turned around and fast walked back, shortly after turning around I had 2 quick sharp pains in the center of my chest and then got real dizzy, so much so that I couldnt walk straight for a minute or so. It was so weird that I  actually thought about calling EMS from the trail but didnt and walked back to my car and drove home. and was out of it for half the day.

I feel fine now. But I wonder what it was, do any of you other joggers get dizzy? The chest pain could ahve been from my overworked nicotine plugged lungs.

I wonder if my Abacavir is trying to kill me?  ::)

It was Jesus, saying "do not lie about your age!"

Oh the "age fixation" thingie rears its green with envy head once again.

P, it will never work between us so please stop fixating on me. Yes I may be younger and more beautiful but you cant have me. Im sorry.

Us as in you? No. When was the last time you jogged? Since its been years since I was last a jogger I was directing my question to the other joggers asking if they get occasioanlly dizzy while jogging/walking.

I told her, she just said not to do it in the heat of the day, and to start slow. I guess I will go back to just walking until I see her again.

just weird that it would happen now and not when I first started weeks ago.

had you eaten properly? low blood sugar?
were you overheated? day too hot?
were you properly hydrated?
had you had enough sleep the previous night?
Had you extended the time or distance you were jogging?

any of those sort of things could have contributed to a "crash"
not to mention nicotine. nor age.

2 weeks of jogging doesn't mean a heart attack won't happen if your systems have already been stressed for years. It could actually push you into an attack.

When I started bicycling again a few years ago, it was like day 10 or something that I think I had pushed too far, too fast and thought I was going to keel over dead. Also, after drinking, dancing and hardly sleeping for several days, I thought day 4 of AMG2011 was going to find me dead in Underground Seattle. Lack of sleep, food, and water, along with bad habits (not to mention all the bad ol' HIV meds with bouts of PCP) and creeping up on 50 can be a dangerous mix. LOL  :D

You know, if it felt like a big enough deal that you are going to walk until you see her again, why not call her up and see if her office thinks you should come in?

Its probably nothing -- but if you are worried about it, trust your instincts now (and train them for next time).

Thx Ass,

I see her in 10 days, so I will bring it up to her then. Although I know what is going to happen, she is going to send me out for 2 months worth of tests. Everytime I fart wrong I have to go see a specialist, and jump through all these hoops. I hate getting old.

You told me you were 28, so what's all this getting old crap?  It's probably just growing pains.
