For some reason if I take a Greyhound bus there from downtown Philly (1.5 hour drive) the ride and entrance fee combo comes to $43.50. If I drove in my own car, which I don't possess but nevertheless, getting into the park with a discounted pre-purchased on-line ticket would be $41.99 (full price walk up ticket is $66.99)

Wonderful ,  Fun fair competion. Roll up roll up . Personally from my young days I always enjoyed some mushrooms one hour before partaking off the steam horses , and the plunging cart.

last year was the first time in 38 yrs that I didn't get to an amusement park, and sadly there is one (Carowinds) just 2.5 miles away (you can see my house, well the trees around my house, from the top hill of the Intimidator). I'm not missing another summer and will be buying my season pass tomorrow
